With the GSMA projecting some ambitious RCS launch activity across the world within the coming months, we thought we’d take some time to talk to one of our Rich Messaging customers; Nottingham Forest FC.
Nottingham Forest FC has worked with us on SMS campaigns for many years, successfully engaging their supporters and increasing footfall to their football matches. However, ever driven to improve their communication, they decided to trial sending Rich Messaging campaigns, initially using our Landing Page product.
According to David Cook, CCO at Nottingham Forest FC:
“Since we started using the Landing Page product, we’ve seen around a 25% spike in ticket sales… We isolated this campaign and didn’t have any other marketing activity going on at the same time, and our call centre was jammed for 2-3 hours after the message was delivered”
