It’s essential for recruiters to maintain regular contact with potential candidates to make sure that they have the best talent pool available from which to fill vacancies. SMS is one of the best avenues for doing this. Text messages are cost-effective, highly engaging, and because they’re non-intrusive and delivered straight to mobile devices, candidates love them! 

In fact, 73% of job seekers prefer to receive targeted job opportunities via text, and 89% think mobile devices play a critical role in the job hunting process (source).
