February 2018 saw Esendex take to the stage at Mobile World Congress, to demo an innovative RCS concept using the Ocado brand.
Ocado have been one of our customers for many years, using SMS for grocery delivery notifications and to manage employee shift swaps; overtime and holiday. Both have been highly effective for Ocado and continue to be well received by their customers and staff.
However, Ocado are always keen to discover new and different ways to improve the customer experience, which is why they were interested in understanding how RCS could help to improve their customer communication strategy.
