This role will be part of a Professional Services team delivering global communications solutions to all industry verticals. The team takes a creative, collaborative, and customer-centric approach to providing communication solutions for its customers which is key to Commify building strong and long lasting relationships with its solutions customers whilst balancing value and quality throughout the delivery.

What you’ll be doing

The Solutions Consultant will be responsible for delivering pre and post consultancy processes across all territories. The role requires a strong aptitude for leading and managing internal and external stakeholders, customers and driving global uptake of Professional Services solutions.

The role holder will be responsible for:

  • Operating as the highest-level point of solution consultation with customer contact points at varying levels, liaising with Product Managers, Product Owners, Technical Consultants, and customers as part of this process
  • Support sales teams in securing solutions deals through consultative support on solutions sales opportunities
  • Working with technical and solutions architects, you will help to advance customer solutions through learning from use cases and support the growth and expansion of our customer facing products and platforms through a continuous improvement approach
  • Ensuring data accuracy is of the highest quality throughout the Professional Services process, using Salesforce and supporting continual process improvements where needed
  • Work as a member of the Professional Services Team to exceed customer expectations with product and service expertise and consultancy in all business areas
  • Understand the customers business requirements, identify gaps and pain points to lead and drive the customer in the design of the solution to help optimise efficiencies
  • Working with all stakeholders to define the scope of the solution and liaising with staff at all levels of a customer’s organisation
  • Working closely with the Professional Services Delivery Teams to transfer solution design knowledge, documentation and customer understanding of the solution and the business needs and expectations for the projects
  • Ensure that all areas of the Professional Services Team are aligned with the customer requirements and are engaged at the appropriate times within the process
  • Become the subject matter expert for all solutions integrations and operational deliveries within the organisation, including leading a solutions review programme to deliver on-going solution improvements for Commify
  • Aggregate and provide key customer insights to relevant departments (Sales, Marketing, Executives, etc.) and serve as liaison between customers and the organisation for continuous solutions improvements
  • Work closely with Key Account Managers to provide insightful metrics to support customer business reviews and provide positive influence on existing customer growth
  • Continual motivation for self-education on product lines, service techniques and greater personal growth

What we’re looking for

The job holder will be an exceptional candidate, with a proven track in a similar role.  In particular they are required to have:

Essential

  • Strong interpersonal skills in a customer facing environment
  • Strong documentation skills and business process management
  • Experience working with commercial teams
  • Experience working on software and services integration
  • A good understanding of software and software implementation
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong planning and organisational skills
  • Supporting software delivery in a fast-paced commercial environment
  • Analytical and quantitative skills
  • Strong organisational skills and flexibility
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Experience with APIs, ideally Rest, Json or XML
  • Strong background in a Professional Services environment
  • Strong Communication and stakeholder management skills (technical/commercial/customer)

Desirable

  • Ability to speak a European language
  • Previous experienced working in a solutions consultancy role
  • Appropriate professional qualification Business/Sales or solutions consultancy
