We’ve received great feedback from our customers, in particular about how quick and efficient our service is, how helpful our staff are and how easy our platform is to use.
This has prompted Nikki, our graphic designer to produce a short video to demonstrate this and to show how SMS can be an effective communication channel for businesses.
Not only does the video include 86 individual illustrations (keeping Nikki very busy), we also had several voiceover scripts revisions. It’s also worth mentioning that we spent a number of hours selecting a voice actor (it needed to be pitch perfect!) and then we went to a studio to record.
