Echo, previously code-named Doyle is our new Web SMS application. It contains all of the standard features that you’d expect from a market leading Web SMS application:
- Send SMS to one or more contacts
- Bulk Upload for mass SMS sends
- Mail merge direct from an Excel spreadsheet for personalised SMS sends
- Receive messages to your Inbox
- View individual sent messages and batches, including the messages’ delivery status
- Upload and manage individual contacts and contact groups
- Share accounts between multiple users
Echo also contains a lot of exciting new functionality including:
- Threaded SMS conversations – just click on a Sent or Received SMS to see the other parts of the conversation
- Live access to contacts in other online tools such as Plaxo and Salesforce
