Voice SMS allows you to submit a text message via our web-based application and it is sent as a voice call. Market leading transcription software converts the SMS message into a voice call and our network connection then delivers it to a mobile or landline number. 

Messages can be sent via Web SMS. Simply enable "Voice SMS" in your web account options.

The message is sent as a voice call, allowing us to retry the destination number if it’s engaged or unavailable. Importantly recipients can acknowledge receipt of the message – a significant advantage over traditional SMS messages.
