SMS Shortcodes can be used with any of our standard plans and a keyword used instead of a Virtual Mobile Number. For the lower volume plans there is a small charge for the keyword,otherwise this is included in the monthly charge. There are no set-up costs. These plans do not support Premium Rate SMS.

Freetext prices
If you choose to use our Freetext shortcode, 80800, it is free for customers to send SMS messages to the code. However, for each message that you receive, your inclusive message balance will be reduced by one credit.

- All prices exclude VAT
- Minimum Plan contract period 3 months for SMS 200-2000. 12 months for higher volume plans
- Free Plan SMS messages must be used each calendar month and unused messages cannot be transferred
- Account terms subject to status
