The Esendex Messaging Gateway is now central to many of our customers’ mission critical operations and processes. Consequently, we are now offering a range of additional services so we can fully support customer requirements.
Customers who subscribe to our 24 Hour Support service are provided with a dedicated Technical Support number that is available on a 24 x 365 basis. The key terms of our Service Level Agreement are also extended to cover 24 Hour working.
Many customers choose to integrate our SMS services with their own applications using our SMS API. However, either because of internal lead times, issues with legacy systems or sheer speed of implementation, customers often ask us to produce bespoke messaging applications including:

Web SMS and Email SMS are straightforward and intuitive to use. However, when businesses are doing a large deployment we often get involved to deliver basic training to large number of people. Most training takes no more than half a day and can be tailored to each customer’s requirements.
