Email SMS allows you to send and receive SMS via MS Outlook, MS Outlook Express, MS Exchange, Lotus Notes, Novell Groupwise and almost any other email software.

Email to SMS is very straightforward to use, so no training is required. We have provided further information on how to set up Email to SMS on our Email SMS configuration page. If you need further help, simply contact your Account Manager by telephone or email and they will be able to answer any questions you have about our Email to SMS service. Alternatively, you can refer to our Support website.
It is very quick and easy to manage your account. Login to your account via our website and view recent activity, see how many messages are left in the account, and purchase credits at anytime. We will also send you automated low credit warning emails to let you know when your messaging limit is running low.
SMS Plan customers can choose between Direct Debit or standard account terms. Pay as you go customers can purchase SMS messages online at anytime via our secure website.
You can send an SMS message to a mobile phone on any of the UK networks, including the "virtual networks" such as Virgin. You can also send messages to them whilst they are overseas provided that they have set-up their phones for international roaming and to the vast majority of international users.
Email forwarding allows you to receive emails to an email account that you specify. To set this up, go to options in Web SMS then email forwarding and type in the email address (or list of email addresses) that the SMS is to be forwarded to.
By default messages are sent from the virtual mobile number that is assigned to your account when you set it up. The customized sender ID allows you to change this to an 11 character combination of letters or numbers such as your company name, department, or a campaign. You can set this up in your free Web account. When the recipient receives your SMS they will see this name rather than a mobile number. Unlike other messaging providers, we provide this service for free. See our Email SMS features page for more information on customising your account.
