How good is your SMS service?

We have direct network connections in the UK, which means your messages are delivered within seconds and we will always use the best performing network at anytime to deliver your messages.

Which email clients integrate with Email MMS?

Email MMS allows you to receive MMS to any email software, including MS Outlook, MS Outlook Express, MS Exchange Lotus Notes, Novell Groupwise.

How do I configure my Email account to receive MMS?

No integration is required. Simply send an MMS (picture message) to your virtual mobile number and the MMS (picture message) is sent directly to an email inbox of your choice.

What payment options do you offer?

We offer a range of payment options including Direct Debit, Credit Card, BACS or cheque. Credit terms are subject to status and approval.

What level of technical expertise do I require to use Email MMS?

Email MMS is very straightforward to use, no training is required. Once you receive your virtual mobile number from us, go to the options screen in the web tool, enable SMS forwarding and type in the email address that the SMS is to be forwarded to.

What level of support do I get?

Technical Support is provided free of charge. All customers have a dedicated Account Manager who is your first port of call for queries. You can contact them by telephone or email during office hours – 9am-5.30pm Monday to Friday.
