Retry Process

You are able to request that our system retries submission in the event of a failure through the Options page for your Esendex Account.

If this option has been requested, in the event that your service is unavailable our system will attempt to retry submission according to the following schedule:

All messages are delivered to the account inbox and will remain in the Inbox irrespective of the whether the push has been successful.
