Product Manager

We are looking for a Product Manager to work closely with our technical teams, internal stakeholders and clients to build and evolve our communication products and services. You will take responsibility for creating product strategies and road-maps through to development and launch.

The ideal candidate will expect to work in a highly collaborative manner, is a first-class communicator and can demonstrate their passion for excellent product management.

Role

The role represents a key focal point for the organisation. The person will be responsible for ensuring the coordination of the efforts of our technical, marketing and support teams as we develop our product and service portfolio. Key responsibilities are:

• Developing and aligning product strategy, vision and road-maps.
• Formulating and communicating business and product requirements in sufficient detail to build and market a product.
• Having a deep understanding of our customers' desired outcomes, how they measure success and how we can make that happen for them.
• Collaborating with technical teams and business development on product road-maps.
• Defining and measuring key ongoing product metrics and KPIs to ensure we are meeting our product objectives.

Experience

Suitable candidates will have a background in software development, IT/Web project management or another technology related role.

• Experience as product manager for large scale Internet applications.
• Ability to understand complex technical concepts and different Web and mobile technologies.
• Experience working with or leading cross-disciplinary teams.
• Comfortable interacting with a wide range of (internal) stakeholders and partners.
• Experience of working in Agile environments (e.g. Scrum, XP etc).
